For Women Only: Let's Talk About Gender in the Museum World
Are workplace challenges more acute for women if a field is under-resourced, under-appreciated, or in some instances under utilized?
And, how does leadership, internal decision making, and external perception change in a female dominated profession? And, if you're going to be at the AASLH meeting in St. Paul in two weeks, we'd like to talk with you about your experiences on the gender playing field.
